There are no age restrictions for our Kid Captains. Last season we had Kid Captains from Learn-to-Play through U12 Players.

Kid Captains do not have to be current hockey players. Children with ties to the team are also encouraged to reach out. However, children do need to have a hockey-style helmet in order to be on the bench during warm-ups.

Please understand, in order to maintain the special experience for each Kid Captain, space must be limited as there are only so many games each season. Registration opens prior to the season and Kid Captain assignments are first come - first serve. Priority is given to kids who have not served as Kid Captains in the past, but previous Kid Captain are encouraged to join us for second tours of duty when space allows.
